| Description : | Built in Phase 1 of the Harbour View development, Palm house is a beautiful detached villa. It is the only one set in the middle of its own large tropical landscaped garden, reached at the end of a private drive with undisturbed views down to Jolly Harbour. This makes Palm House a completely safe and secure environment for a family with small children. We accept a maximum of 6 adults for short term rental. The interior has been designed to the highest standard using quality furniture to anticipate your every need. Not merely a holiday home, careful planning and attention to detail make it stand apart from other villas, in order to make your stay as luxurious as possible. On one side of the villa, french doors have been designed to open out completely onto the deck and pool area for inside, outside living. Quality linens and a well equipped kitchen with everything you may need for a really successful holiday. The double bedrooms offer queen size beds and a very pretty children’s bedroom with two single/twin beds and a travel cot. Laundry facilities are separate from the main house and can be found at the rear of the garage. There is also secure hard standing at the end of the drive for 4 cars, a trailer or boat. The large wooden deck is furnished with tables and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining or cocktails at sunset. Luxury sun beds line the swimming pool which is also perfect for little ones. The deck and swimming pool area are also completely private, apart from the visiting humming birds. US air conditioning units as well as ceiling fans have been installed to keep you cool. Also installed are multi channel TV, multi DVD player and wireless internet connection so you can keep in touch with the rest of the world while keeping the children entertained. Palm House is also one of the closest villas to all the amenities of the Jolly Harbour resort and the largest Marina in the Caribbean plus a fine 18 hole golf course.
