	Accommodation Description
Description :	A friendly Guesthouse - Hotel***, situated quietly, but a 10 min. walk from the centre. Runned by our family, who wants you to feel comfortable at our house. We have 12 nice rooms, with bath/ shower, toilet, telephone, sitting place, little safe and mostly with balcony. Also we have one Familyroom, with 2 sleepingrooms and 2 bathrooms, with in total 5 beds! In our house you find a playarea for younger and older kids, with kuddling corner, toys, biljard, darts, Nintendo and lots of famliy-games. There is also a small sauna to relaxe from an intensive day. At our bar you can get a drink and a snack, during high-season, which you can enjoy by the firplace. During the summer, you can enjoy the garden with sunbeds and a terras on the south. Leutasch is a nice place for everyone who likes sports, especially (nordic) walking, biking and cross country skiing. The tracks starts in the summer from the front door and in the winter just around the corner. For families it's also a nice place! Next to enjoying the nature, you'll find an adventure park, an adventure trail with the ghost of the Gorge, a big swimmingpool and a lot more in Leutasch. We are opened almost around the year and you are also welcome for a short stay. A nice place on your way to Italy!
