| Description : | Large, 4 en-suite bedroom house (sleeps 8) with spectacular views over the Bay of Paraty, the Colonial Town of Paraty and the Yacht Marina. Paraty is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Sea views from 2 decks and balcony. Built-in barbecue on main deck, small garden with sea view. The house is situated in a condominium with 24 hour security and 2 under-roof parking spaces. Facilities on condominium include a swimming pool, sauna, tennis court and scuba diving club. It is located 5km (3 miles) by road from Paraty's historic centre (or just across the bay by boat). Paraty has original Portuguese Colonial buildings and cobbled streets with restaurants, bars and shops. At night Paraty's streets come alive with music drifting from bars and restaurants onto the streets which are filled with artists displaying their art or performing talents. Accommodation Bedrooms: Suite 1 with queen-size bed, door to balcony with sea view. Suite 2 with twin beds, door to lower deck and garden, sea view. Suite 3 with double bed, door to lower deck and garden, sea view. Suite 4 with twin beds, door to balcony with ocean view. Bathrooms: All 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle.
