Set in a peaceful area, Villa Anabelle is perfect for resting and recharging your batteries with the attraction of local beaches and the bustling resort centre close at hand (at about 3 km away). It is located in a villa area near the well-known Albena resort and near its spirited life. Even when you are sitting on the balcony you can enjoy your summer holiday with the sparkling sea views toward it.
The interior of the three bedrooms villa is fresh and bright, with good quality furnishings creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Built on three storeys, it makes a lovely home-away-from-home. On the ground floor you can find a living room which comprises a small kitchen area, sitting-dining area with comfortable lounge sofas and separate shower-room. The well-equipped kitchen area offers all the essential ingredients for self-catering stay, like a small refrigerator, oven, 4 ordinary hobs, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, small dishwasher, el kettle, washing machine and kitchen utensils. Around the dinning table six people can easily enjoy their meals, and afterwards to watch Satellite TV on the lounge sofas. There is a fireplace near the dining table for the cool evenings.
From the ground floor, spiral steps give access to the upper floor, which houses two comfortable twin bedrooms. Each of them is air-conditioned and has separated twin beds, wardrobe, bedside tables with reading lamps, a private shower-room and its own outdoor terrace, where you can admire the fabulous sunsets or sunrises. The airy master bedroom, located on the top floor is equipped with double bed, sofa, hidden wardrobe with mirror doors, dressing table, reading lamps, A/C, private shower-room and outdoor terrace with the most attractive view throughout the villa. Sitting on the sofa you can read your favourite book or just to stare the scenery towards Albena. This summer holiday home offers sleeps up to 6 guests with the opportunity to accommodate 3 more on the folding sofa in the living room and the folding sofa bed in one of the bedrooms.
Outside, everything you need for lazy days is on hand, with good-sized private pool enclosed with fence for your small children, spacious terrace providing copious space for sun loungers and seating relaxing area with garden chairs and built-in barbecue. Behind the villa you will find a small shaded garden where you can hide from the summer hot days.
Notes: Pool size is 8 m in length and 4 m in width. Villa Anabelle is air-conditioned. A/C not available in the living room, which is airy enough. Small satellite TV available only in the living room. There is a garage for one car and one more parking space in the yard. Option for parking 1-2 more cars on the street. Three sun lounges and gardens chairs available at the villa. Larger TV and refrigerator as well as more sun lounges are going to be provided in short time. Iron and ironing board available. There is a clothesline outside the villa. The terrace doors are fitted with fly-nets. Please, bring your own beach or pool towels.
