This newly built complex - Joya Park Apartments - is conveniently located very close to the entrance of the beach resort and at only 10 minutes walking distance to the nice sandy beachs in Golden sands. The complex takes advantage of being located close to the bus stop to Varna city, from where regular bus line connects the resort with the famous coastal city. The unique entertainment place - Aquapolis - is located just 500 m away from the apartments – where the great time for all the family is guarateed. With its modern architecture style, having all the contemporary amenities and located not far away from the sea shore and resort center, Joya Park complex provides its guests with relaxation in its natural park and greenery. It is a very convenient combination of hotel part and privately owned apartments building. The extra facilities of the complex are: Reception area, restaurant, fitness, tennis court, SPA and beauty centre. These services are payable on spot according to the complex price list.
The two bedroom Joya Park Apartment is located on the third floor of the building and it is accessible by lift or stairs. It is furnished in a modern style to a high standard and comprises a hallway, living room with lounge area, kitchen and dining table with 4 seats, two double bedrooms, two balconies, fully tiled bathroom and a separate shower room.
In the spacious living room you will find a lounge corner with two arm chairs, a double folding sofa bed and tea table. This gives the extra possibility of accommodating 2 more guests on the lounge. The wide plasma TV and cable television will entertain you during your stay in the apartment. Kitchen is fitted with: fridge with freezer, two electrict hobs, extractor, coffee machine, toaster, el. eettle. There are no available microwave, dishwasher, oven and washing machine. There is a hoover and clothas dry stand (no iron and ironing board at the moment). The balcony of the living room has a small plastic table and two chairs.
From the hallway the two bedrooms are accessible – each is comfortable furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and stool. One of the bedrooms has a direct access to the second balcony, where at your disposal are another plastic table and two chairs.
Notes: Large complex swimming pool available, 4 sunlounges around the pool are at the apartment's guest disposal, 1 parking place available, a small TV in one of the bedrooms, living area – about 100 sq. m., a small supermarket availabe on spot in the complex. The apartment is facing the street
