| Description : | Our luxurious apartment is newly built on the prestigious Ocean Golf complex. Set back from the road adjacent to the golf course it enjoys a quiet location, yet is close to all the amenities that the resort has to offer. The complex boasts private underground parking, lifts to the apartments, landscaped gardens and a heated pool. Situated on the first floor overlooking the pool, with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, our apartment is extremely spacious, light and airy. We have furnished it to a high standard to cater for all your holiday needs and we aim to make your holiday as homely as possible. Our apartment is suitable for families, golfers, and anyone who wants to enjoy the unique qualities of Golf del Sur in quiet and relaxing surroundings. Ocean Golf Apartments are situated within 10 minutes walk of the new Marina and 10 minutes walk from the San Blas commercial centre both offering a superb selection of bars, shops and restaurants. Accommodation Bedrooms: The bedroom has twin beds, large built in wardrobes, bedside drawers and a ceiling fan. A large double sofa/bed is located in the Lounge area. Bathrooms: The bathroom is spacious and clean and has a bath, shower, toilet, bidet, hand basin, vanity unit, mirror and shaver point. Kitchen: The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 stools, fridge, full size oven and hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine and is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc. Living Rooms: The light and airy lounge has a large double sofa/bed, armchair, Satellite TV, DVD player and radio. Patio doors lead to the large balcony. Other: Additional items include: Clothes airer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer. A safe is fitted for your valuables. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included and are changed once a week. Please bring your own beach towel. Amenities/Facilities provided hob/stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, tv, room fans, pool heating, shared pool Outside A table and 4 chairs are provided on the balcony and sun loungers are freely available around the pool. Coast/Beach A small beach is located approx 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Sun loungers and parasols are available. Golf If you are into the game of golf then this is the place to be. Golf del Sur is home to a 27 hole par 72 course of the same name. The course was designed by Pepe Garcedo and opened in 1987. It is one of the most important golf courses on Tenerife and has hosted the European PGA Tour on many occasions. The wide fairways are lined with over 8,000 palm trees and are enhanced by the striking black sand bunkers. Tenerife is the ideal place to play golf all year round in the sun!! By staying at the apartment you are within easy reach to play golf on the fantastic 27 hole golf course. Nearby Amarilla Golf is also a stunning course with some of the most picturesque holes you will ever play. It is approx 5 minutes drive away. Las Americas and Costa Adeje are 15 minutes drive. For beginners or those just wanting to sharpen their short game the par 3 course at Los Palos is 10 minutes drive. Travel The nearest airport is Reina Sofia in the South of Tenerife and is just a 10 minute drive away. Taxis are readily available. Distances Golf del Sur is located approx 15-20 minutes drive to the livelier resorts of Los Christianos and Playa de Las Americas. There is a regular bus service from the resort. Further details Golf del Sur is also home to the Tenerife International Bowling Stadium. The stadium (known as ‘Winter Gardens’) offers a superb bowls arena with some outstanding facilities and is open to the public daily.
