| Description : | Villa Clara is a privately owned and maintained villa with a private heated pool in its own walled grounds for privacy and security, yet has stunning sea views. It is set back from the road in a quiet area yet is a 4 minute walk to the local supermarket and a 15 minute walk to the main beach and resort area of Costa Teguise. The Waterpark is close by and the Golf course is few minutes drive away. The villa is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor the lounge looks out onto the pool and has satellite TV, DVD player with a minimum of 20 recent films, CD/radio/ipod dock, books and games. The indoor dining table seats 6 comfortably. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and drying area. There is a full bathroom, twin bedroom with ample fitted wardrobes and a bedroom with a double sofa-bed. On the first floor there is a second bathroom and two further bedrooms, one double, one twin, with ample wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading to the large upstairs terrace providing uninterrupted sea views. This terrace is large enough for dining and sunbathing. The private ground floor terrace provides a heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, comfortable sun loungers, outdoor dining area under a pergola and barbecue area with coal barbecue. The upstairs terrace also has patio table and chairs. The swimming pool is kept clean with a salt water chlorination system which makes natural chlorine, kinder on the environment and kinder on your skin. No more stingy eyes or other chlorine related irritations. Maid service is once per week with an additional towel change mid week. A set of poolside towels are included for the duration of stay. A complimentary champagne welcome pack is provided of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, mineral water and a bottle of bubbly. Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from. If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm. There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal! |

| Direction : | BY TAXI Ask your driver to take you to Vistas Atlantico, Calle de Los Crotos, No.56, near Timanfaya Golf Hotel, Costa Teguise. Calle de Los Crotos is the first turn on the right, off Avenida del Golf. You could print off the maps and show these to your driver. A taxi journey from the airport will cost you approximately 24 euros BY CAR You can prearrange car-hire over the internet with several companies, and arrange to pick up at the airport. Driving Directions: Drive out of the airport following signs for 'ciudad' then 'Arrecife'. This takes you directly onto the LZ2 dual carriageway. Continue for a few kilometres until you see an overhead sign for 'circunvalacion' - move into the left hand lane to be ready to take the next exit onto the LZ3 (the exit is on the left). Continue along the LZ3 (circunvalacion) following signs for Costa Teguise. You are travelling straight on at this point. After a few kilometres you pass a Shell garage on your right, immediately in front of you you will see a sign for Costa Teguise pointing to the left, take the next left turn and stay in the left hand filter lane. You come to a stop line at a multiple junction. Go straight on across the junction (again following signs for Costa Teguise), this is now a dual carriageway - Avenida de Las Palmeras Continue straight on till you reach the second roundabout. Turn left at this roundabout onto Avenida del Golf. Take the first right onto Calle de Los Crotos. The villa is situated about 200metres along Calle de Los Crotos on the left hand side. It is in a row of 7 villas set back from the road. There is a zebra crossing right outside the path to the villa. There is adequate parking space on both sides of the road. The journey time is approximately 15-20 minutes. |
