The house is located in Guanacaste between Coyote and Islita. Next beaches are Playa Bejuco, Corozalito and Playa San Miguel. 1 hour to the larger Cities Carmona and Jicaral and Samara.
Two Apartments, each one has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a room safe; the other one with two single beds. Between them is the bathroom with a hot water shower, hair dryer, etc. The living-room has A/C, satellite TV, next to it a fully equipped kitchen with a big refrigerator, oven and a breakfast bar. In front of the apartments, you will find a cozy sitting area next to the swimming-pools and the BBQ area with lounging chairs and sun chairs, outside shower and toilet.
