The apartment has its own extensive private terrace and has access to a communal pool whilst the local beach is just 5 minutes walk away. The popular family resort of Protaras, offering a wide range of bars and restaurants and water sports on the wide sandy beaches such as the famous Fig Tree Bay are under 10 mins drive. Ayia Napa is also close by as it is only 15 mins drive/taxi away and offers a huge choice of things to do from fantastic beaches, museums, great restaurants, a water park and nightclubs for the more nocturnal holiday makers. Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a King size double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and double doors onto a private veranda. Bedroom 2 has twin single divan beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning/heating. The living room has a double sofa bed. Bathrooms: Bathroom has a bath & shower, wc and handbasin with mirror and shaving socket. Kitchen: Kitchen area is well equipped with all white goods including oven, hob & extractor, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Combined air conditioning/heating units. Living Rooms: The open plan dining room and living area have double patio doors out onto the extensive private terrace. The dining room has a table with six chairs. The lounge has a 3 seater leather sofa bed, a 2 seater leather sofa, TV & DVD player. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: All bed linen and towels are included except for beach towels. The property will be clean on arrival but mid stay clean and linen or towel can be arranged for a small extra cost. Notes on accommodation Additional items such as cots or highchairs can be hired at extra cost - details on request. Welcome packs can also be arranged on request. A communal swimming pool, with children's paddling area, and landscaped gardens is within the grounds of the development. Changing rooms, toilets and showers are all available around the pool. Coast/Beach The apartment is very close to the coast with the nearest beach, Firemans Beach, just a 5 minute stroll away. Follow the coastal path past Firemans Beach and you'll discover many more quiet coves and bays including the lovely Blue Water Bay. The long white sandy beaches at Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay is just 10 minutes drive away and Cape Greco and the beautiful Connos Bay just a few minutes further along the coast past Protaras. Travel Hiring a car whilst in Cyprus is recommended to provide you with the flexibility to explore all that the island has to offer. Larnaca is the nearest airport (65 kms) to the apartment and is and approximately 45 minutes by car or taxi. Paphos also has an international airport but this is approximately two hours drive from the apartment. Distances Larnaca Airport 65km. Protaras Centre 4km. Paralimni 2km. Ayia Napa & Water World 15km. Further details The apartment is well situated just 100m off the main road (Kennedy Avenue) which is home to several bars, restaurants, mini supermarkets and other facilities such as car or bike hire. It is adviseable to bring local currency with you cash machines can be found in Protaras and the nearest banks are in Paralimni. Most hotels are able to exchange travellers cheques. Booking notes A deposit equal to 25% of the total cost is payable on booking and the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. In addition to this, a refundable security deposit (subject to no damage in apartment during stay) of £150 is required at the time of booking.
