The large private pool and sun terrace has ample sun beds, patio furniture, pool shower and BBQ. The extensive garden is fully landscaped, and together with the illuminated pool and terrace provides an ideal setting for al fresco dining. Kitchen: The kitchen has granite worktops, breakfast bar and is fully equipped with hob/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Living Rooms: Furnished to a high standard with air conditioning throughout, the villa offers a spacious open plan lounge with seating for 8 together with TV/satellite/DVD and stereo system. The dining area can accommodate 8 people. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Each week the villa is cleaned with a change of linen and towels. Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own for use around the pool and on the beach. Cots and highchairs are available for hire during your stay. Notes on accommodation Air conditioning is fitted throughout the villa in all the rooms and is included in the rental cost. The private garden and grounds are vast and with the gates make it ideal for children to safely play. The large swimming pool and sun terrace are completely private and not overlooked. The gardens and the swimming pool are fully maintained and are attended to every week. Coast/Beach The villa is situated in a quiet residential area in Protaras and is just a 10 minute stroll from the main area of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The local supermarket is just down the road and the magnificent Fig Tree Bay is only a further 5 minute walk away, this makes it ideal for a family to have everything on hand without the need for a car. Further details Fig Tree Bay is only a 10 mins walk and is considered to be one of the island’s premier beaches with its fine golden sand and deep blue sea. The safe, shallow, crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming and all types of water sport. Protaras is a fun loving resort with many fine restaurants, local fish tavernas and bars. Protaras is linked to Ayia Napa and Paralimni by an efficient bus service and is only 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, horse riding, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, waterskiing and windsurfing. Booking notes Booking is by a simple booking form and an initial deposit of £250. The full balance being paid 6 weeks before the departure date.
