Description :	The ideal holiday destination for the whole family. La ferme d’Emilie is an old farm (not working farm) built in between 1790 and 1804. In 2005/2006, the owners completely renovated the old barn next to the farm into 2 holiday homes. There is a shared garden with swimmingpool (10m x 5m) and kids play area. The rural larocal is an excellent start for long walks and rides through the beautiful countryside. It is also an excellent location to start discovering the old castles, bastides and beautiful villages in the neighbourhood. (Villereal, Beaumont and Issigeac are less then 10 kms away, Bergerac is at 20 kms). The gites (cottage) offer all modern amenities. The kitchens are completely furbished with microwave/oven, cooker, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, coffeemaker and waterboiler. Both gites have a big living space 65 and 60 m2, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet , private terrace and private parking space. Gite 1 has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), Gite 2 has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5) There is the possibility of ordering table d’hote (dinner with hosts) 3 times per week. Prices vary from 350 to 1050 Euros per week. Bergerac Airport is only 15 minutes away.
