	Accommodation Description
Description :	This lovely 5 acre Gascon estate sits in the heart of the Bas Armagnac wine region of SW France. All cottages have fully fitted kitchens and are equipped with all linens and towels. We have an on-site members dining club, offering meals in our on site bistro. There is a large swimming pool and fruit orchard (pick your own!). Tranquil and quiet, but not isolated. 3K to ESTANG village where there are 2 butchers, bakery, 2 small grocery stores, hotel and restaurant, newsagent, pharmacy, cash point machine, tennis courts and our very own bull ring! The four cottages will accommodate 20+ persons, catering for a large family group. Local activities include: equestrian, glider, single engine, ultralite, helicopter, canoeing, wind surfing, walking, cycling, fishing, golf and tennis.

Direction :	From Bordeaux follow directions towards Mont de Marsan, Villeneuve de Marsan, Estang. 3K south of Estang and the D152 From Toulouse, take N124 west towards Auch. Continue to Nogaro and then north past the racing circuit to Panjas. 3K west of Panjas on the D152 From PAU, take the N123 north, direction of Bordeaux. Continue to Aire sur L'Adour and then East to Nogaro. North from Nogaro, as above.
