Description :	We own a spacious large Provence, style house, in which we reserve three comfortable, well-kept sunny bed & breakfast bedrooms with self-contained entrance, each with communicating private bathrooms/shower and toilets + 1 suite, rates 75 to 85 Euros for a double, including continental good breakfasts served on a period furniture dining room in winter or on the terrace in summer. Car parks inside. The property sets on a shaded private quiet park, located near the old village of VALBONNE (XVIth century) and 5 minutes drive from ANTIBES and CANNES entries and only 20 minutes drive from the beaches, pleasure harbours, NICE and CANNES/MANDELIEU international airports. Numerous sea, country, mountain sports activities nearby, 10 golf courses within 7 km radius, museums, casinos and many tourist sites and gastronomic restaurants in the neighbour. “Le Cheneau” is ideally situated to visit the French Riviera Cote d’Azur from ITALY/MONACO to SAINT TROPEZ and for high quality stay with nice and warm welcome. from East, NICE intl. airport (about 20mn drive) go West on A8 motorway leave it in ANTIBES (exit nb. 44), towards in first ANTIBES and then GRASSE/ SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS (D35) take care speed camera ! then VALBONNE (D103) along the SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS sciences park, on « Route du Parc ». At the « Bouillides » roundabout head towards VALBONNE for 3 km always on “Route du Parc” (D103 ), 100m after « Le Bois Doré » res’t on the right, before “La Petite Ferme” bus stop, ring (a long time) at iron gate n° 205; up lane, house on left at top.
