| Description : | Villa Eliana, a beautiful new villa, stylish decor, stunning mosaic tiled swimming pool and views ‘to die for!’ This villa is located between the historic villages of Ano Korakiana and Aghios Markos and is just a few short kilometres to the beaches of the east coast. Facilities Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Villa Eliana is in a peaceful location, on a hillside, amongst native olive groves. It has magnificent views that incorporate the east coast, distant Albania, Corfu Town and over the interior of Corfu across Ropa Valley. This recently completed villa has all the mod cons combined with an eclectic mix of antique French and modern furnishings. Stunning stone floors throughout with an under floor cooling system that ensures the summers are never overly hot. The ground floor comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a fabulous stainless steel range that is a cooks delight! There is also a breakfast corner and large family sized dining table. There is an adjoining alcove with a washing machine and beyond this a guest WC. The separate lounge/formal dining room, with fireplace, TV, DVD and CD player and has French doors that lead onto the covered and furnished outdoor dining area. The master, double, bedroom also access the front terrace and has an ensuite shower room/WC. On the 1st floor there is one double bedroom with ensuite shower room/WC and one twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with separate shower cubicle/WC. All the bathrooms are beautifully designed with modern fixtures along with glass bricks with stainless steel finishings. Both bedrooms have doors that lead onto a balcony that offers a shady place to sit and enjoy more of those sweeping views. The outside area has a truly stunning mosaic tiled, infinity, swimming pool, pool terrace and built in barbecue. There is ample, off street, parking. |
