Possibility to rent whole property or sigle units in combination following the number of guests. Pool, panoramic view, private garden with a private furnished pergola and a barbecue for each unit.
Amenities :	In the heart of an historic DOC wine Estate, near Perugia, Assisi and towns of art. Accessible to wheelchairs, pets allowed. Large organic vegetable garden available for free, welcome basket with breakfast and complimentary wine.
Bed Configuration :	BRUFA: ground floor with a large living/dining room (this dining room can be used by a group who rents whole property or main house to share meals togheter); fully equipped kitchen with also dish-washer, microwave, and washing machine; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds,;1 bathroom with shower; first floor has a large living room with fireplace (and possibly a double sofa-bed); 1 double bedroom with baby cot, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtube and shower settings. MELA: Ground floor: beautiful bright and stylish living, 1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave) with dining area up to 8 people, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor: 1 large living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with tub and shower unit, a room with two beds and a cot, 1 double bedroom. NIDO: Charming little house beside the main house, ideal for two people, but also comfortable for four. Furnished porch overlooking the private entrance, private barbecue. Inside: entrance and living room with dining area and sofa bed; kitchen with 4 burner stove, fridge - freezer, microwave. A large double bedroom; bathroom with shower and washing machine. Perfectly equipped for the disabled. VILLINO FATTORIA: Detached house of great charm in the heart of the Fattoria Spinola, very exclusive, ideal for a couple, next to the main house of the owners. Outside, large yard with brick dated 1878 equipped with a large gazebo and several areas: an old shaft to form a nice round dining table furniture, an "happy hour" corner with illuminated barrel, a very comfortable wicker furniture. Characoal barbecue. Guests can then freely enjoy this area for meals or just relaxing and reading a book in a peaceful and fresh area. The Fattoria Spinola pool area is at your disposal as well as the free organic vegetable garden and fresh daily eggs. Welcome basket with breakfast and 2 bottles of our DOC wine for free. The interior: entrance to a corridor leading to the left to a large living room with sofa bed, an antique chest of drawers and TV. A spacious double bedroom with beautiful antique wardrobe and desk. A full bathroom with bidet, toilet, washbasin and bathtube with shower unit. Washing machine. A large dining room furnished and decorated with antique prints, large kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven and 4 burners. Heating.

	Directions to the Accommodation
Direction :	From Rome From the A1 highway (Rome-Florence-Milan) exit at Orte. Follow the ‘Superstrada’ (fast road) in the direction of Terni. Before reaching Terni take the exit for Perugia-Cesena (E45). You will now be on the Umbrian Highway E45. Follow this road, pass the exit for Deruta and exit at Pontenuovo-Torgiano. Turn right, go over a bridge and follow directions for Torgiano, then follow directions from *** below. From Milan From the A1 highway take the exit for Valdichiana and follow signs for Perugia. At Perugia join the E45 Highway in the direction of Rome and exit at Pontenuovo-Torgiano. Follow signs for Torgiano. *** Once in Torgiano you will come to an intersection with traffic lights. Take the road in fron of you towards Ponte San Giovanni (SP401). A short distance ahead you will find a large double wrought iron gate on your left, almost in front of you, opening into a driveway lined with pine trees and cypresses. This is Fattoria Spinola and this is your meeting point. If the gate is closed, go a little further on and take the second dirt road on the left, with 2 white wooden fences in the entrance. This will take you to the Fattoria. The farmhouse I Mori Gelsi is at the end of the next road on the right off the main road, just ahead, but will be the owner to bring you there."
