Description :	The apartment is situed on the Marignolle hill, and it s a part of a bigger contry house with an indipendent entrance. Wonderfully sited, surrounded by olives trees and gardens, it is an ideal location to work study or relax at the same time staying very close to Florence - Porta Romana is 3,5 km far and Ponte vecchio 4,5 km far - and enjoying the calm of the country. Ideal for two people (with possibility of a third bed in the living room) consists of a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining table and living room with a single sofa bed. From the living, a woodden staircase brings to an upper nice woodden study, opening on a beautiful terrace overlooking the Italian garden of the house and the mountains at the distance. All the floors are wood as all the fitting of the house.

BY CAR From the A1 highway (Autostrada del Sole), take the exit 22 Firenze Certosa and follow the road marking to Florence along the SS 22 (Via Senese); passed through the Galluzzo centre, opposite a little aedicule, turn on the left on Via delle Bagnese and follow it for about one km. At the first fork, take up the little road Via di S. Quirichino following it till the "T" cross with Via di S. Maria a Marignolle: turn to the left and after 100 mt find the square with the same name from where begins Via della Pescaia. BY PLANE/TRAIN From the airports (Florence or Pisa) you find busses to Santa Maria Novella Station, then bus 36, 37 or 11 to Porta Romana where you find the stop of little bus 42 arriving in Piazza di Santa Maria a Marignolle; from here begins Via della Pescaia and number 8 is 200 mt down.
