	Accommodation Description
Description :	Fabulous setting within the heart of the golden triangle and within a large shady garden, quietly and privately situated with its own salt water pool and tennis court. Conveniently only 1km from Vale do Lobo and Almancil, local supermarkets and, of course, the many beautiful beaches. There are plenty of activities in the surrounding area, including tennis, golf, riding and beach sports. Quinta Shopping is a 5 minute drive away where you can have a coffee and cake, lunch or sit in the evening and have a meal outside in one of the many restaurants. Faro airport is 15 mins drive. Just beyond the Airport is Faro Shopping Centre with over a hundred different shops and boutiques. An interesting place to visit is Loule which has a Saturday morning outdoor gypsy market, and a daily indoor market for fruit and vegetables and fresh fish. The villa is a short walk away from the local tennis centre which has a bar, and organises tennis coaching for all ages. Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with zip and link Vi sprung twin beds. Bedroom 2 with zip and link twin beds. Bedroom 3 king size bed. Bedroom 4 king sized bed. Bedroom 5 small room with bunk beds just off sitting room suitable for overflow. Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 en-suite, bidet, wc, bath/shower, sink. Bedroom 2 en-suite, bidet, wc, bath/shower, sink. Bedroom 3 en-suite, wc, bath/shower, sink. Bedroom 4 en-suite, shower room, wc, sink. Bedroom 5 downstairs shower room with wc. Kitchen: Double oven, 6 ring gas hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Living Rooms: Large open-plan sitting room and dining area. Television with Sky TV and DVD player. Comfortable sofa and chairs. Other: There is a tennis pavilion with a small fridge where guests can keep drinks for after a hard game of tennis, or lying by the pool, and a small kitchen with a sink for barbecues and eating outside. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: All towels, except beach towels are provided. Sheets are changed once a week, and towels twice a week. There is a an extra charge if guests would like more changes. The villa is cleaned twice a week. Notes on accommodation The pool has been fenced off as a safety measure for younger children. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The villa has tennis, netball/basket ball net, large garden to play football in and within few minutes walk is the tennis centre with tennis coaching available, children's play area and swings, and a bouncy castle. Amenities/Facilities provided hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, tv, internet access, air conditioning, room fans, cot, high chair, barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests), pool heating Accessibility The villa is not suitable for wheelchairs. Outside There is a large spacious lawned area with plenty of sun beds for everyone. The private swimming pool has a salt water system, it can be heated but this is generally not necessary during the summer months. Outside the kitchen and sitting room a terrace overlooks the pool and tennis court, with tables and seating for ten people where you can enjoy outside dining. The tennis pavilion has a sink and fridge in for keeping extra drinks for lying by the pool or playing tennis. There is another terraced area with outside lighting for the evenings, a BBQ and more tables and chairs to sit and relax. Coast/Beach You will be spoilt for choice with the beaches in the area. The most beautiful beaches are approx 2km away. Long and sandy, with luxurious sun beds you can hire for the day and waiters to bring you food and drinks on demand! Fabulous. Most of the beaches have restaurants nearby with wonderful fresh fish, the local Vinho Verde wine, perfect for lunch. Water sports are on the beach all through the summer months, and there are boat trips up and down the coast, or private boat hire. Golf Vale do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago have some of the best Golf courses in the world. We can help arrange discounted golf. Travel Our nearest airport is Faro 15 mins drive away. There are many companies flying to Faro now, Easy Jet, Monarch, Thomson Fly, British Airways, etc. Please ask if you would like car hire information. Distances The nearest town is Almancil, but we are near to Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago. Faro is approx 20 mins away by car, and Faro airport is 15 mins. Further details Other activities all within easy distance are, Zoo Marine, with the fabulous dolphin show. It is possible to swim with the dolphins but you have to book in advance. Crazy World mini golf, adventure playground and Zoo. Go Karting in Almancil. Beautiful long sandy beaches, and clean sea at Vale Do Lobo, Quinta Do Lago. Vilamoura Marina with its nightlife, restaurants, bars and shops. Golf courses (there are 13 in the Algarve). Quinta Shopping, with quality designer shops, restaurants, and bars. Horse riding, there are two stables in the area. Tennis, Vale Do Lobo Tennis Club and Villa Club. Local markets, Loule and Quarteira gypsy markets with fresh fruit, vegetables and fish every day.
