Description : | Situated on the Golfe garden condominium next to the Golf Academy in Vilamoura, this 3 bedroom townhouse offers luxurious accommodation to make your well earned holiday wonderful. There are only 23 townhouses on the complex and the house is stylishly decorated throughout. There is a communal pool which provides a lovely view from the balcony, you will feel at home here and able to enjoy the glorious weather of the Algarve. Vilamoura Marina with its lively buzzing atmosphere is only a 5 mins drive away, alternatively the taxis are very affordable. For those who like something a little quieter, we can recommend lots of restaurants close by that are very good. There are numerous beautiful beaches a short drive away, Falesia beach been the nearest, only 5 mins. Golf garden is situated conveniently for golfers next to the Golf Academy (the restaurant here is very good and only a minute walk away!) and very close to all of the famous courses that Vilamoura has to offer. Accommodation Bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes, access via patio doors to the balcony, air-conditioning. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning. Bedroom 3, situated off the large downstairs basement area with twin beds. Bathrooms: En suite bathroom to master bedroom, with Jacuzzi bath (shower over) wc, and twin sinks. 2 further shower-rooms with shower, wc and sink. Kitchen: Very well equipped with all the usual accessories including cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. Access to useful outside porch area. Utility Room: With washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Living Rooms: Situated on the first floor is the main living/dining room, with corner suite, cable TV, DVD and a fireplace. There is an 8 seater dining table (when extended). Downstairs is situated another living area with comfortable seating, TV and DVD. Other: Downstairs the property has a large basement area, that at present offers a large living area with additional sleeping facilities consisting of a double bed. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included, bed linen is changed weekly. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. Notes on accommodation Although there is no central heating, the air conditioning system does heat the property very effectively when required. The fireplace in the living room is also available to burn logs on slightly cooler evenings. There are a couple of steps up to the main entrance door. Please contact us if you further explanation. Outside There is a shared swimming pool, also a toddler pool. The complex is landscaped with lawned areas and also planted areas. On the balcony is a brick built BBQ and small table and chairs for your enjoyment and on the terrace there is a dining table and chairs. The property also has sun-loungers for you to enjoy the pool area and the sunshine. Coast/Beach Falesia beach is a 5 mins drive away, this being the nearest. There is a restaurant and bar situated here. However, there are numerous beautiful sandy beaches along this part of the coast. Golf Within 5 mins drive from the property you can reach numerous world famous courses such as Victoria, Laguna, Millenium etc. And if you'd like to venture slightly further away, you can be at the beautiful courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta de Lagos within 15 mins drive. Vila Sol is only 10 mins away. Travel The house is situated 20 mins from Faro airport, although we recommend the use of a car, it is not essential as there is a supermarket and restaurants within short walking distance and taxis are very affordable. Distances Vilamoura's bustling marina is a 5 mins drive away. If you prefer something a little bit more lively then Albufeira is approx 20 minutes drive away. There are lots of places of interest such as zoo marine (a sea life centre, with children's rides etc), Algarve shopping etc only 20 mins away by car. Further details Vilamoura has everything that you might need, pharmacies, banks, cash machines, supermarkets. However, there is Algarve shopping 20 mins further along the main road towards Guia. Here you can find a hypermarket, clothes shops etc. Booking notes A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. There is a breakage deposit of £200 required at the same time as the balance. This will be returned via BACS to your bank account on your departure (this takes 4 working days).
