Description :	HOLIDAY RENTALS IN PRAIA D'EL REY (OBIDOS) ON THE SILVERCOAST (PORTUGAL). Praia D’El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort, locates on the Silver Coast, the west region of Portugal. A five star Resort, with an amazing 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, beautiful and luxurious properties and all just by the Atlantic Ocean. This is a growing area that has a lot to be seen and to offer. If you are looking for a relaxing time, to play golf, enjoy the family, go to the beach, this is where you want to be. If you like visiting and discovering, there are a lot of villages and towns, which for sure you’ll enjoy to go. At the same time you will find a good variety of restaurants with great gastronomy and wines, at a very good price. This townhouse is situated in a dead end road at Burgo Dom Joao, right next to the golf course and shares beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool. It’s a very light and spacious townhouse, very well equipped and furnished enjoying of lovely views to its gardens and the golf course. The bedrooms are all on the 1st floor. It has one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with double beds sharing a 2nd bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the large terrace with view to the quiet garden. On the ground floor you will find the dining area with a very useful kitchen hatch, and a spacious living room with French doors opening to the patio area, where you can find the barbeque area. The kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine and fridge. Here you will be able to relax and enjoy a splendid time with family and friends. Bed linen and towels supplied. In a 1 week booking there will be a towel change included. In a 2 weeks booking, 3 towel changes & 1 bed linen change included. PRICES p/ WEEK: Low Season 600,00€ / Medium Season 800,00€ / High Season 1.000,00€
