At the same time you will find a good variety of restaurants with great gastronomy and wines, at a very good price. This apartment situates near the entrance of the Praia D’El Rey Resort, just 3 minutes walking from the tennis courts and 5 minutes from the Clubhouse. Nicely furnished, with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1WC, this apartment on the first floor, enjoys of a great view of the 7th green from its two private balconies. The master bedroom with a double bed, and a large fitted wardrobe, opens on to 2 balconies, one of them overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom has two single beds and a large fitted wardrobe. The living/dining room is very bright, with the sun coming in from the doors opening onto large balcony. It has a double sofa bed, two armchairs, Satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, Xbox, a table and seats for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave & coffee maker. The shared swimming pool, is just around the corner and it can be accessed by the lovely garden. Prices are per week: Low season 480€/Medium Season 610€/High Season 850€
