Description :	Praia D’El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort, locates on the Silver Coast, the west region of Portugal. A five star Resort, with an amazing 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, beautiful and luxurious properties and all just by the Atlantic Ocean. This is a growing area that has a lot to be seen and to offer. If you are looking for a relaxing time, to play golf, enjoy the family, go to the beach, this is where you want to be. If you like visiting and discovering, there are a lot of villages and towns, which for sure you’ll enjoy to go. At the same time you will find a good variety of restaurants with great gastronomy and wines, at a very good price. This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse is situated just 3 minutes walking from the Hotel and the beach. The townhouse enjoys of a splendid view between the green of the golf course and the blue of the Atlantic Ocean. Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor, all with double beds and balconies, two of them with golf views and the third one to house front. The fourth bedroom is on ground floor and has the bathroom just next door. The spacious living/dining room has a fireplace, sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-fi, table and chairs for 8 people. The exterior patio is accessed directly from the living/dining room, where you can find the barbeque area, and outside furniture as well as 4 sun loungers. The infinity swimming pool is just a few meters away, and it can be accessed through the communal gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, cattle, toaster & coffee maker and has access to a small patio. Prices are per week: Low season 840€/Medium Season 1.060€/High season 1.320€
