Large 32 in LCD TV with satellite reception for all UK Freeview channels. Large front balcony (off living room) with table and 4 chairs. 2 bedrooms with king-size beds. 2 bedrooms with 2xsingle beds. 3 bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes. 1 bedroom with free-standing wardrobe. Hairdryers in all bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have balconies each with table and 2 chairs. 2 bathrooms with rainmaker shower, 1 shower room with rainmaker shower. Ample towels provided in all bathrooms. Further shower on ground floor. Modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave etc. Small pool at front. Bedroom 1 - 1 Large double bed, en-suite Bedroom 2 - 1 Large double bed Bedroom 3 - 2 Single bed(s) Bedroom 4 - 2 Single bed(s) Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 have large built-in wardrobes. Cot available but without bedding. 4 bathrooms to the highest specifications with designer basins and fittings. 2 family bathrooms and 2 smaller w/c -Bathroom 4 is on the ground floor for easy access from pool area. There is an additional external cold-water shower at the poolside. Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, grill, dishwasher. Living Rooms: Fireplace seating for 8 people & the dining room area also seats eight people Air-conditioning in all rooms and use of a safe All linen and towles are provided and we will provide a basic mid stay clhange of bedding if you visit for more than 8 nights. The Villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and is priced accordingly. However, during Mid and Low season, for occupancy by up to 4 guests and using only 2 bedrooms, a discount of 20% will apply. Pets are not allowed. Children are very welcome. Air conditioning in fitted in all rooms, providing cooling in summer and heat in winter, plus a gas fire in Living Room. A security deposit will be required of €500/£400 which will be refunded after check-out assuming there are no damages. The villa is not suitable for the elderly or infirm, wheelchair access is not possible as the villa is on 3 floors and there are many steps in and around the house. The garden area at the front of the villa has a good size pool with a grass surround and a covered terrace for sitting in the shade. There is a good sized rear garden with a BBQ plus a large table and chairs for dining outside. For small children, the rear garden is child friendly and secure but supervision is essential around pool area. The wonderfully secluded local beaches on the Ilha de Tavira are reached by a short boat ride from the town. Other sandy beaches, perfect for kids are only a short drive away. There are a variety of excellent golf courses within a short drive from Tavira making the Villa an excellent base for golfers. We can organize transport and reduced green fees whether you wish to play just one or two rounds or prefer to sample a selection of the magnificent courses in the Algarve, eg Golf at Benamor (10 mins), Quinta da Ria/Quinta de Cime (15 mins), Castro Marim (25 mins) and Quinta de Vale (25 mins). Other convenient golf courses are Esturi, just over the border in Spain (30 min) and the spectacular new Monte Rei Golf and Country club (20 mins), heralded as 'the most exclusive and cosmopolitan development in the Algarve' and set in 1000 acres of beautiful countryside between Tavira and Vila Real de Santo Antonio. We can also arrange competitions, presentation dinners and much more... Faro airport is only 30 mins away. A car is advisable although not absolutely essential. There is something for everyone in the charming, historic town of Tavira. The villa is a short walk (600m) from the town centre with its many shops, bars restaurants and sights. Boats leave the pier for deep-sea fishing all along the Algarve coast. Plus many other activities, places of interest and museums. In nearby Luz de Tavira there are fine examples of Manueline art and the Roman mosaics of Torre de Aves. Magnificent Seville is only 90 min by car. Local activities swimming, tennis, walking, fishing, horse riding, golf. Birthday or a celebration during your trip.
