	Accommodation Description
Description :	This traditional villa in Altura is close to the beach, a variety of golf courses and many bars, cafes and restaurants - only 900m from a restaurant/cafe with WIFI and is a very pleasant place to stay. The swimming pool is 5 x 2.5m in size. Bedrooms: The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Bathrooms: One family bathroom, one W/C with shower. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted to a high standard and has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and board, toaster and electric juicer. Living Rooms: The living room is a good size and will seat 6 people comfortably. There is air conditioning that does hot and cold air. There is an archway through to the dining room which seats 6 people. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: The linen and towels are provided. The villa is cleaned before you arrive and then if you are staying for longer than a week there is a mid-stay change of bedding and towels. Accessibility The property is all on one floor but it does have a few steps outside near the pool but you can go to the pool from the front of the property and not use any steps. Outside The outside are consists of a very large sun terrace which overlooks the countryside, there are 2 sets of garden furniture one plastic one wooden. The garden is very well established with plants and trees and the location is very quiet and relaxing. The swimming pool is 5m x 2.5m and has a small separate terrace for sun bathing. Coast/Beach Altura beach is beautiful and stretches for a very long way along the Algarve. The white sand and blue sea is fantastic all year round. Golf There are a variety of excellent golf course just around the corner from this property so it makes a great base, we can organize transport and very competitive rates for your gold games whether you only want to play one or two rounds or if you wish to fill your whole visit with playing at a variety of courses across that Algarve. We can also arrange competitions, presentation dinners and much more. Special interest holidays Long term rentals are possible depeniding on the dates and availability. Please contact us for more information. There is a kids club close to the property, if you would like more details please let us know. Travel Faro airport is 35 minutes drive from the villa and we would recommend that you hire a car as you will be able to see more of the Algarve during your stay. Distances There is a small village called Barracol which is only five minutes away on foot which has a cafe/bar and a convenience store and then the town of Altura is about a 15/20 minute walk away and has a lot to offer in the way of bars, cafe's and restaurants. You have many neighbouring towns nearby, Manta Rota, Monte Gordo, Vila Real which are all worth a trip to see.
