Description :	The villa is set in mature gardens with a private pool. There are sun loungers by the pool and a patio with built-in barbecue The villa itself is fully furnished and equipped and very well maintained. The lounge and dining room are light and airy with a traditional fireplace and French doors to the patio and garden. The kitchen has modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher and microwave and a separate laundry room. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have two single beds each, the third bedroom has a single bed with a pullout mattress and the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a further family bathroom. This villa is within walking distance of all amenities and sleeps 10 so is a great choice for families or parties of friends. At Vilamoura marina you’ll find an abundance of shops, restaurants and activities including boat trips, excursions and watersports such as parasailing. Vilamoura has 2 beautiful sandy beaches which are within easy reach of the villa. Vilamoura beach is the nearest and is within walking distance while Falesia beach, with its beautiful cliff top walks, is 5 minutes drive away From the villa you can also walk to the bustling town of Quarteira which is known for its fish and seafood restaurants, fish and fruit markets, attractive seaside promenade and large gypsy market on Wednesdays. Fabulous 5 bedroom holiday villa enjoys an excellent holiday location in a quiet residential street just 15 minutes or so walk from Vilamoura marina and beach. The villa is also well placed for golfing holidays with six excellent courses within 5 minutes drive or less: the Old Course, Pinhal, Laguna, Millennium and Victoria in Vilamoura and the course at Vila Sol and more world class courses in nearby Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Albufeira. Sleeps: 10 Vilamoura is a purpose-built resort in the centre of the coastal Algarve that caters for every need, with facilities for shopping, sports, jet skiing and parascending. It has a casino which stages spectacular live shows and many pubs, cafés and restaurants where you can taste some of the best wines of this region and to satisfy your palate. You can also enjoy sunbathing on one the beaches. The world-renowned Vilamoura Marina can accommodate around a thousand vessels and there are luxury yachts to hire. You can also enjoy fishing in this region by hiring a boat or fishing from the beach.
