Should you just wish to have a romantic break for two with total privacy, then this is for you as well. This property is a large unique property on one level, apart from the attached annexe/games room which requires a few steps. Top quality furnishings, two separate outdoor living areas, one area by the pool, and the other living area in the delightful and popular courtyard. Substantial private parking via electronic security gates. The property is completely private with a wall that fully encompasses the estate. The interior of the property has underfloor heating and partial air conditioning. A private apartment (sleeps 4) is also available off the courtyard area, with its own kitchen, bathroom and shower room. A large dining area that sits 12 plus a breakfast bar which sits 4. The villa also boasts a large steam room and its own wine cellar. An original building which has been beautifully and sympathetically modernised to create its own significant backdrop behind the amazing pool and terraced area. This property resides on a large estate, full of character, plenty of spacious outdoor living areas to relax and enjoy the long sunny days and balmy evenings.
