Description :	Set on the water in Cape Town’s vibrant Waterfront, Pembroke 403 is a destination for those looking for the ultimate in style & sophistication. This extremely spacious and ultra luxurious 5 star apartment enjoys breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the Marina Yacht Basin, with Cape Town Harbour and the open sea beyond. Next door is the 5 star One & Only Hotel with the Cape Grace & its Bascule Bar just opposite. Lounge areas offer supreme comfort & elegance with bespoke furniture and Lutron lighting with top of the range B&O TVs & sound systems throughout entire apartment with DSTV, iPod dock, alrge range of stored music and internet access. An unusual glass dining table by glass artist Simon Croft seats 8-10. Simon has also made several other one off pieces including coffee & side tables, large screen, book shelves and very creative mirrored glass art. The lighting throughout is highly sophisticated and was designed in London by John Cullen Lighting. It allows for all kinds of moods from the practical things like cooking to reading in a tranquil corner, romantic dinners, quiet relaxation or anything else you fancy.... Walls are decorated with stunning original art by well known South african artists Kitchen is by Poggenpohl with Miele appliances, Nespresso Coffee maker, filtered water on tap and an insink waste disposal unit. It is a pleasure to cook here and there is an endless supply of glasses, cutlery, table ware, pots & pans. Store cupboard has basic ingredients like rice, olive oils etc. Breakast can be ordered and laid out on balcony or dining table at your chosen time as an extra as can the services of a professional chef. King & queen bedrooms are to die for. Master ensuite is huge with double bath & wash basins, large walk-in power shower, wc & bidet. Mountain bedroom ensuite also has bath & power shower. TV room has specially designed sofas which can double as twin beds. There are large balconies with dining tables & loungers to both front & rear and all rooms open onto a balcony. Front balcony overlooks Marina ith its luxury yachts, water taxis and dragon boat races to seals & birdlife. You can sip a glass of your favourite tipple from here and observe the folk having theirs at the Cape Grace Bascule Bar as they look back in envy. The rear balcony looks to Table Mountain & Signal Hill which immediately beneath and to our right is the newly opened 6 star One & Only Hotel - quite amazing! There is an on site wine list with immediate availability together with the opportunity to have virtually any aavailbel Cape wines delivered within 24hrs. Personalised wine tours and winery visits can be organised. There is secure underground parking for two cars with a lift beside directly to apartment door no no need to lug cases or shopping. 24 hour security is discrete and staff are most pleasant, friendly & helpful. Within walking distance, there is shopping for every conceivable need from everyday basics to designer clothes, shoes and handbags, fabulous delis to smart cafes and gourmet restaurants, and a wide choice of entertainment options to suit all tastes. Within a short drive are endless outdoor opportunities from golf to hiking, winery visits to cultural tours, bird and whale watching to penguin visits to long beaches not to mention exploring the plants of the rare Fynbos vegetation. There are several spas to choose from including a really world class spa some ten minutes drive away (just ask me for details). Food in South Africa is of an exceptionally high standard and costs are low. Self catering is a real pleasure especially after a visit to one of the markets while eating-out leaves on ehaving to make serious between where to go and where to leave for another visit. Cape Town offers everything one could want for a perfect holiday and Pembroke 403 offers the ultimate in stylish living from which to enjoy it. We certainly do and we would love to share our precious home away-from-home when we are not there.

	Directions to the Accommodation
Direction :	At end of N2 from airport on arrival in Cape Town, turn right in the direction of the waterfront as signposted. At the circle/roundabout, take 2nd exit. Entrance to Marina is 100m from there on the left just before the Cape Grace Hotel.
