	Accommodation Description
Description :	Avoca River Cabins is comfortably situated along the Sundays River in the Eastern Cape. This is an operational Citrus Farm. The setting is tranquil and beautiful, situated along the Sundays River. We are within a short distance from the villages of Addo & Kirkwood. The Addo Elephant Park is a short drive from our position. You will find us in the heart of the citrus world and the valley of the roses. We have different types of accommodation in Huts, Chalets, a Tree House, and backpackers cottages. The units provide self catering facilities with breakfast as an extra optional. All our cottages and chalets are situated along a beautiful river with an abundance of fish and birdlife. The accommodation is self-catering with breakfast as an extra optional. The various types of rooms and accommodation available include chalets, Ethnic Mud Huts, Wood Cabins and our well known Tree House. The most familiar facade on the farm is the Main House with its Castle-Like stature. We find ourselves with the opportunity to have had people from across the globe having visited and stayed with us. Our accommodation is here to meet the needs of Back Packers, Travelers, and Holiday makers and mostly for those of you who want to see the Addo Elephant Park. We are quite able to make arrangements with a private Game Reserve for visits on safaris. Many of our guests enjoy visiting Daniell the Cheetah Breeding camp that is in the vicinity. Daniell also has a leopard breeding program. This farm is 23 km from the main entrance to the Addo Elephant National Park. Children are welcome and have the use of canoes on the river, jungle gyms, trampolines and a swimming pool. Guests can try some fishing in the river. There are neighbouring game farms where we can book game drives for you.

Direction :	From Port Elizabeth your travel time would be about 55 minutes drive. Take the N2 towards Grahamstown. Take the R335 through the village of Addo. Turn left onto the R336 for Kirkwood. Travel 12.5km from the R336 turn-off. Find the sign for AVOCA and the Summerville Pack house on your right. Turn right before the Pack House. Follow the road to the Reception.
