Description :	ONIRO AT THESEN ISLANDS Self Catering LUXURY VILLA in Knysna, Garden Route Western Cape, South Africa This superb holiday home on Thesen Islands is designed for relaxed, easy indoor/outdoor living with large verandah with uniterrupted view of Knysna lagoon and wetlands . The ground floors has high ceilings , an open plan Lounge , dinning room , kitchen , which leads onto a verandah, and a deck with a crystal clear pool , and a superb gas Braai. A staircase off the deck will lead you to our private floating jetty, where you could tie your own boat or do some fishing . Our large varandah deck is ideal for those that wish to sunbathe in privacy and lie next to the pool.. Thesen Islands offers a lot to the visitors, both young and old: There is walking, cycling, and swimming at the beaches within Thesen .. There are also 2 tennis courts, a squash court , a children's playground and a small grassed 18 hole Golf putting course, all these facilities can be used by our guests. If you do feel energetic after having explored the Thesen Islands parklands, you can stroll to Thesen Harbour Town , which has shops and restaurants, including 'ile de pain' , oyster bars, Knysna Quays Waterfront or drive to Knysna Town which is 5 minutes away. Thesen Islands is a private estate with a gated entrance and is surrounded by the waters of the Knysna Lagoon, offering a relaxed and naturally safe lifestyle, amongst glorious sourroundings . Guests use an electronic disk for entering and exiting. What's provided? Downstairs: One bedrooms with Kingsize bed , bathroom ensuite Bath and Shower One bedroom with self catering facilities, queen bed, bathroom ensuite and shower. Upstairs: One bedroom with 2 single beds ensuite shower, One Bedroom (the Den) with 2 x single beds plus 4 bunk beds, with private shower and toilet. Linen and towels provided (bring your own beach towels) Kitchen with dishwasher, electric range, 2x refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, large ice machine, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses Dinning room sits up to 10 people Lounge sitting for 10 people Underfloor heating in lounge/dining/kitchen area Guest WC Private jetty (maximum boat size: 5.5m by 2.3m) Gas Braai (BBQ) DSTV (Cable TV) Two car garage, with laundry (washer and dryer) Carport Outside shower Private garden How much? In Season: R6000.00 per night 15th November - 28th February Mid Season: March- May R3500 Out of Season: R3000.00 per night 50% deposit on booking; balance due 14 days before arrival. To guarantee booking, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours. You can pay by electronic transfer, deposit into bank account. Sorry, no credit cards. No refund of deposit if booking cancelled less than 30 days before day of arrival, unless someone else books for same period.
