Description :	VILLA SIESTA – MARGATE BEACHFRONT Villa Siesta is a must for a care-free, chilled out holiday. Spend fantastic sun-drenched days in the sun and fall asleep to the gentle sound of the waves. Watch the sun setting over the sea whilst braaing on your verandah. Whether it’s a quiet family holiday you’re looking for or one with lots of activities – this is the spot to be! It is an ideal place for golfers to stay as there are lots of fantastic golf courses in the area: Umdoni, Selbourne, Port Shepstone, Southbroom, San Lameer and Wild Coast all boast immaculate courses and excellent facilities. Each unit can comfortably sleep 6 guests so quite a number of 4 balls can be accommodated. Each unit has a lock up garage so clubs etc can be safely housed. This upmarket little gem of a complex has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful self-catering holiday. It is situated within a walled, secure complex of 8 units. 7 of these are available for rental. (Security guard on duty at night) Excellent central position with stunning seaviews. Walk to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. The front units at Villa Siesta consist of 2 floors and the ones set further back have their garaging at ground floor level, living area on first floor and bedrooms on 2nd floor. The ground floor consists of a beautifully furnished open plan lounge, dining room and extremely well-equipped kitchen which houses a dishwasher, tumbledrier, washing machine, microwave and loads of fridge/freezer space. Guest loo on ground floor. A large verandah with built-in braai area, Weber and outdoor furniture, overlooks the sea. (front units) The back units overlook the pool area but still have good sea views. The upper level has 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms. The bed set-up differs slightly in each unit but most of the units consist of the following. Main bedroom (queen-size bed) is en-suite and has a balcony. 2 smaller bedrooms (each with 2 single beds) share another bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have seaviews. Some of the duplexes are able to accommodate 8 guests and others can accommodate 86guests in total. Ceiling fans have been installed in each bedroom to keep you cool during summer! Full DSTV is included for you in your daily rate. There is also a DVD player for guests to use. The units are serviced daily by Lucy and her experienced team of assistants. (included in daily rate) To cool off once you arrive back from the beach, there is a sparkling private pool in the complex. Each unit a lock-up garage and parking bay . Bedding and bath towels are supplied! Camp cot available if needed. Facilities close by to Villa Siesta: Margate Airport Close to Margate’s blue flag beach and fishing pier. Stunning South Coast golf courses close by Wonderful shopping at Shelly Beach Whale watching, surfing, fishing and diving activities Scenic flights, microlighting and skydiving on offer from Margate’s nearby airport. Superb selection of restaurants and pubs We are members of both Hibiscus Tourism and TKZN Tourism. Rates – this is per night for the duplex, not per person – we offer slightly cheaper rates for the units that are set further back in the complex Low season – R600 - R800 Long weekends – R850 – R1600 Easter and April holidays – R1300 – R1600 World cup period - 180 euroes per unit per night September holidays – R900 – R1600 December/January holidays – R1400 – R1600 OUT OF SEASON “SPECIALS” Specials for bookings of 2 guests only and Specials for out of season bookings longer than 5 nights. DEPOSIT All bookings must be fully paid for in advance. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid on reservation and the balance one week prior to arrival. We charge a R350 cleaning/admin fee and a R300 refundable breakages deposit. Children of all ages are most welcome.
