Description :	This lovely house offers you the luxury and a holiday atmosphere. The house is located in Little Brak River between George and Mossel Bay in the Garden Route of the Western Cape. The house is within walking distance from the beach and the river mouth at Little Brak River. The beach and river mouth offers you lovely days in the sun with lots of fun things to do for the whole family. The house consists of the following: Ground level: Entrance hall with large living room with sliding doors to a small fenced garden with grass. The living room has a small sink area and bar fridge. This living area has two double sleeper couches, ideal for kids to sleep on. The garage has direct access from this room with the laundry area inside the garage. On the other side of the entrance hall, you have two guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms are carpeted and have built-in cupboards and ceiling fans. Upper Level: This level is accessed via a staircase that leads onto an open landing with two chairs. The large living/dinner area offers supreme holiday living with a sliding door leading onto a terrace with a built-in BBQ with riverside views. The open kitchen makes you part of the living room and you can cook while enjoying time with family and friends. The living room has a TV with a full DSTV available. Out of the living area are two bedrooms, the main bedroom with carpets, a double bed and built-in cupboards share a family bathroom (bath, shower, basin, and separate toilet) with the fourth upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds. This room is also carpeted with built-in cupboards. The property sleeps 8 guests. Linen is not supplied, guests need to bring their own towels and linen. No pets are allowed and guests are requested to smoke outside.
