Description :	Brown's Cottage is a tastefully decorated, self-contained holiday house situated in the quiet suburb of Lakeside on the edge of the Constantia Valley. The Cottage sleeps a maximum of seven people in three comfortable bedrooms. Just 25 minutes from the centre of Cape Town the cottage is ideally located for both tourists and business visitors. The house is well situated to enjoy all that Cape Town and the peninsula has to offer. The cottage is extremely private and peaceful. The property is North facing and is surrounded by stunning views of the Constantiaberg mountains right around to Table Mountain and the Devils Peak. The three bedrooms have flexible combinations of single and double beds to suit your needs. The master bedroom has an en-suite with basin, toilet and shower. There is also a family bathroom with basin, toilet and separate shower and bath. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen that opens into the spacious lounge and dining area from which there are sliding doors to the garden. Outside the garden has a sparkling pool with lounging patio, a built-in BBQ/braai and a shady dining area. The pool area is fenced for the safety of your children. The cottage offers satelite television, a DVD player and cd/stereo system. A short walk away is the Lakeside Centre where you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, off-licence/bottle-store, pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, and more. There is also a traditional pub/restaurant within close walking distance. Westlake Golf Club is a two minute drive away and is a fantastic 18 hole parkland course with fabulous views of the surrounding scenery. There is a hospital and a family medical centre a short drive away and several shopping malls within a few minutes of the cottage. The wine farms of Constantia are a few minutes drive away as are the beaches of Muizenberg, St. James and Fish Hoek. There is a tourist office in nearby Muizenberg and many restaurants catering for all tastes.
