	Accommodation Description
Description :	LAKESIDE MOUNTAIN COTTAGES consist of a 2 bedroom cottage and an open-plan 2 sleeper cabin situated on the mountainside in The Cape Town suburb of Lakeside. The properties can be booked separately or together and sleep a maximum of 6 people if both cottages are booked. Each cottage has spectacular views and is self contained and private. Both properties have the most spectacular views. On the North west side are the wine farms of Constantia, Table Mountain and The Devils Peak. The view to the north east is across the Cape Flats towards Stellenbosch, the Hottentots Holland Mountains and False Bay. THE COTTAGE (sleeps 4) - Beautiful private 2 bedroom cottage, fully equipped for self catering with inside and outside dining area and own garden. The cottage has two bathrooms, satellite television, DVD, HiFi, LCD TV, Washing machine, telephone line, hair dryer, secure parking and is fully alarmed. THE CABIN (sleeps 2) - The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge and a king size bed. The bathroom has shower, WC and basin. The cabin is equipped with DVD player, LCD TV, DSTV (satellite television), Hi FI system, hair dryer, electric blanket, secure parking and is fully alarmed. Outside the cabin has a fabulous private North facing balcony with the most spectacular views across the southern side of Cape Town. The balcony is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a meal or an evening drink as you watch the sun go down over the Silvermine Mountains.
Amenities :	Just 25 minutes from the centre of Cape Town, Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront, the cottages are ideally located for both tourists and business visitors alike. The properties are within close proximity of the Constantia wine farms and many of Cape Towns attractions making it the ideal location for getting around Cape Town and the peninsula. The beach and the beautiful historic seaside towns of Kalk Bay, St. James and Muizenberg where there are an abundance of fabulous restaurants and arts and crafts shops are within a few minutes drive. There are also 4 fabulous golf courses within 15 minutes of the cottages. There are local shops within walking distance of the cottages and major supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away. The beautiful Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and Newlands Cricket and Rugby stadiums are within 15 minutes of the property.
