Description :	Dolphins is a modern apartment on the 2nd floor in a security complex It is an ideal base for up to 4 guests, as it is centrally situated in Hout Bay, being across the road from an excellent mall, and only a 4 minute walk from the beach. Horse riding, boat charters and restaurants are "on the doorstep". Dolphins comprises 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with 2 single beds - one of which slides under the other during the day to give extra room. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The flat has a bright, N facing, cosy lounge with Satellite TV. (DSTV) and video, and leads onto a small balcony overlooking the beautiful Hout Bay Valley. The fully equipped kitchen is open plan with a dinette. The complex offers a sparkling pool, a laundromat and dedicated secure parking. Hout Bay is centrally placed in the Peninsula, being only 20 mins form the centre of Cape Town and the Waterfront, and 15 minutes from the Cableway. It is on the route to Cape Point and only 10 minutes from Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.
