Description :	We offer self-catering accommodation in 4 private self-contained units on the ground floor, each sleeping 2 to 3 people, with private entrance, kitchenette, TV with dstv, Wifi, and en-suite bathroom with shower. Two of these units can be combined into a "family unit" to sleep parents on king bed with more spacious kitchen/dining/TV open-plan area, a bedroom to sleep up to 3 persons and 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower. For the business executive or tourist, we offer accommodation in our upstairs 1 bedroom studio which boosts comfort and privacy with large bay windows and wooden floors. With 2 large balconies, it offers beautiful views of the Ocean and Nelson Mandela Bay. With its privacy, space and views, it feels like home away from home, yet with the unobstrusive "pampering" from a guesthouse. The studio is private but has the added convenience and security of being on the owner's premises. Parking is available within the property behind walls and an automated gate for which the guests receive a remote control for complete freedom. The studio/apartment offers accommodation for 2 adults in a spacious bedroom with views with the option of 2 single beds or 1 king bed on request. There is a bathroom with shower. The lounge has a double sleeper couch available to accommodate 1 to 2 guests but is recommended for children. The lounge has a TV with satellite selected channels (DSTV), with DVD player, radio and the studio is Wifi-internet ready. The lounge has a dining table for 4 and open-plan kitchenette equipped for basic self-catering (no dishwasher, no washing machine). There is an outside BBQ and private front garden All units are located in Summerstrand, walking distance from the beach, the fitness trail, shops and amenities. It is 2 kms from the Boardwalk entertainment complex and the casino, and only 10 minutes from the CBD. Being water-sport fanatics ourselves, we offer activities and travel advice with the greatest pleasure! Strictly no smoking. Bed linen and bathroom towels provided. Fan/heater provided. Cleaning service twice a week minimum included in the rate. Courtesy starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar and milk included in the rate. Continental breakfast basket on request (rate on request). Activities: for the family, the sportive guest, the adventurous guest....etc... Water sports: surfing (lessons available), swimming, kitesurfing (lessons available), sailing, fishing, cruises in the bay, sundowner cruises in the bay, scuba-diving (lessons, PADI certification & refresher available), deep sea fishing, whale watching. Wild: malaria-free game reserves like Schotia, Shamwari, and Addo National Park Hiking, sight seeing, Golf, beach strolling, beach cycling, fitness beach trail
