The area is a perfect combination of natural beauty and entertainment and due to the “warm current” (5-7 degrees warmer than the Atlantic side) that flows along that side of the coastline, boasts some of the best swimming beaches in Cape Town. Our self-catering apartment and Villa accommodation is a luxury, contemporary styled, 5 bedroom house, set against the mountain with panoramic sea views that offer unforgettable sunrises. We can accommodate 10 people and the house is perfectly suited for holidaymakers, local travellers, honeymooners, business travellers, adventure travellers, weekend getaways and golfing enthusiasts. Our Ideally suited for self catering accommodation, venue hire, corporate breakaway and film location, this luxury accommodation in Fish Hoek has it all - location, views, setting and luxury finishes in a relaxed atmosphere. Oceans Echo self catering accommodation is a 2min walk away from the ‘Jagger walk’ and Fish Hoek main beach which is one of Cape Towns safest and most beautiful swimming beaches. The town of Fish Hoek is nearby and has amenities such as banks, pharmacies, shops and restaurants. Kalk Bay and Simonstown are just 5km and 8km away, respectively. Ideally positioned 35 minutes from the international airport, 40 minutes from the winelands and 40 minutes from the Cape Town and the FIFA 2010 stadium.Whale watching in Cape Town Whale watching: Cape Town and Hermanus are the best spots for land-based whale watching, and Cape Town is one of the best locations for boat-based whale watching. Oceans Echo is perched high above the ocean so when the whales are below, you can see them in their entirety; bubble-netting, breaching, lobtailing, spyhopping, blowing, grunting and even mating. Oceans Echo is fortuitously positioned right above one of their favourite spots. The whales, often only meters from the shore, provide unsurpassed whale watching opportunities between August and November. They travel the coastline between Hermanus and along False Bay, through the shoreline near the Cape Point Nature Reserve and go as far as Hout Bay with some brilliant sightings possible from Chapman’s Peak Drive. They have also been spotted on the Atlantic side (even at the Waterfront) although this is less common.

Directions to the Accommodation

Direction :

From the AIRPORT by car:- When you leave the Airport follow the signs for the N2 and Cape Town. You drive westerly along the N2 until you see the signs that indicate Muizenberg (M3). You need to turn off at the M3 and head south. You will see that the freeway ends. At the end of the freeway ramp turn left. Drive along the Steenberg road taking the right lane. You will reach traffic lights where you will turn Right onto the main road. At this point you can continue along the main road passing all the local attractions and this will lead you all the way through to Fish Hoek. Alternatively Take the Boyes Drive turning which clearly sign posted on your Right and head towards Kalk Bay. This route has stunning views of False Bay. At the Traffic Lights turn Right and this leads you into Fish Hoek Continue the road straight ahead. Drive through the Town along the Main road until you come to a Round about. Turn Left towards Simons Town. Travel along until you reach a set of Traffic lights. Here you will turn Right towards the mountain. Take your first turn Left into Echo Road and continue the road all the way until you are virtually at the end. Oceans Echo is a khaki colored, modern styled villa on the Left hand sea side of the road. You wont miss it!!
