Description :	The house is situated in Langebaan, about 130km north of Cape Town on the beautiful West Coast. Langebaan offers a variety of shops, restaurants and activities such as kite surfing, windsurfing, swimming and canoeing and beautifull white sandy beaches with the most amazing sunsets. It is built next to a vast blue lagoon. Laguna Sands is situated in Laguna Estate Security Village close to Club Mykonos and about 1.2 km from the nearest beach.
Amenities :	Laguna Sands features true West Coast architecture such as bagged walls and stone cladding from the surroundings. All 5 houses are fully furnished. This includes the following: All the bedding and bath towels, all white. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances. A beautiful open-plan kitchen with dining room and lounge with DSTV - also DVD player... The outside braai area is perfect where you can sit and unwind......A grid is provided and also garden furniture for outside use. Please note that there are no umbrellas. All the houses are equipped with an alarm system to give you peace of mind and each house has a double garage. Please note that you cannot see the sea from any of the houses and nearest beach is 1 km away.
