Description :	This traditional family holiday home with a sea view is located in Tergniet. The house offers you the perfect holiday accommodation with a sea view and is within walking distance of the beach. The house is not fenced and does not offer garage parking but has plenty of open parking. Pet friendly with a maximum of 2 small breed pets. The front enclosed stoep offers you sea views with plenty of seating to enjoy the beach no matter what the weather! The large open-plan living and dining room is spacious and gives you a sea view from the living area. The living room has a TV with a DSTV connection. Please note that there are no PVR facilities. The farmhouse-style kitchen has a stove, oven, and fridge/freezer. The back door of the kitchen leads onto the back yard that has plenty of space to entertain, and parking and kids can enjoy the garden too. The master bedroom offers you a double bed and a single bed. The second bedroom has a 3/4 bed available. The third bedroom has a double bed. All the bedrooms have free-standing cupboards. They also share a family bathroom with a bath, toilet, and basin. The washing machine is located in the bathroom. The hall has a guest toilet separate from the family bathroom. The porch room has two single beds available and an en-suite shower, this bedroom is not very private but is ideal for children or young people to accommodate more sleeping space. This room houses the tumble dryer. This is a farmhouse-style home, ideal for those that are looking for a traditional holiday! Weber available to braai on.
