Separate flat 2 bedroom only for December Rental unless requested. Total 10 persons including the flat. LOCATION: River Club complex. Complex situated on the Piesang River, within easy walking distance of central beach (2-3 minutes walk) and across the road from a mini shopping complex. VIEW: Partial Mountain and Garden. DESCRIPTION/LAYOUT: Spacious, up market free standing double storey house. Downstairs section comprised of one en suite bedroom with a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with fireplace. Off the kitchen is a scullery which opens into an enclosed courtyard. Upstairs are the remaining 2 en suite bedrooms and TV lounge. Both bedrooms open onto balcony with built-in spit braai as well as a Weber. • Linen and bath towels are provided, tenants to supply own beach towels. • Large Plasma TV in both the upstairs and downstairs lounges. All TV's connected to DSTV. • All standard self-catering appliances and amenities including microwave, washing machine, dish washer and tumble drier. • DSTV, usage of smart card is included in the rental. • DVD/CD player • Surround sound. • Burglar proofing where required. • Built-in spit braai and a Weber • Telephone, functions on a prepaid card system which is to be purchased by tenant, for tenants account. • Unit situation next to road, nearest the traffic circle (on corner of Piesang Valley Road and Beacon Isle Drive etc.), not suited to person's sensitive to traffic.
