Semi S/C facilities (fridge, microwave, kettle, limited crockery and cutlery). 24 HOUR Security cameras (Queen and Enslin Streets). Quiet, cul-de-sac PARKING. Separate entrances to 2 x private double en suite bedrooms, each with own TV, kitchenette area and own patio spaces, opening out onto the swimming pool patio. Air conditioners / fans, plus panel heating available in all rooms. ALSO AVAILABLE A LARGE FAMILY SUITE, (consisting of 3 X spacious, double bedrooms), each with own private patio / private garden / BALCONY and a shared bathroom with a bath, large shower, basin and loo. Breakfast at R75 pp can be enjoyed al fresco, or in the dining room. For evening meals, Paarl has a large variety of excellent restaurants, but we do provide meals on request. REFRESHMENTS can be arranged. (extra cost). We are within walking distance of numerous eateries, antique shops, art galleries and many other small boutiques. The mountain reserve, with breathtaking views, is meters away...whilst Cape Town is 60kms, Stellenbosch 20kms, Franschhoek 18kms, Ceres + Tulbach 65kms and the West Coast is less than 100kms away.
