The first downstairs bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite shower, toilet, and basin. Upstairs you have a lounge with books, from there you have the master bedroom with a double bed en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The flat maybe entered via the lounge or outside entrance. The flat has an open plan living/kitchen/dining area. The living area has a TV with DSTV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge/freezer, and small scullery. The 2 bedrooms share a shower, toilet, and basin.
