Description :	Welcome to White Shark Backpackers White Shark Backpackers is situated on the seafront in Kleinbaai near Gansbaai overlooking the ocean and a view on Dyer Island and Geyser Rock, the home of the great white shark . We are next to all the shark diving activities. This is the best spot in the world to see the great white shark, Kleinbaai Gansbaai is known as the Great White Shark Capital of the world.The rooms are situated on the top story of the double story house with a large entertainment area with a pool table, barbeque area, wifi, DSTV and from upstairs you will be able to see the shoreline and endless seaviews. During the whale season, June till November you will spot whales playing just infront of the house. It is really food for the sole just to sit and relax while watching how the ocean is changing every hour. Kleinbaai is 2 hours drive from Cape Town and a suburb of Gansbaai. We do shark cage diving packages and can arrange shuttles from Cape town to Gansbaai and back You literally sit in the lounge on the first floor and have a panoramic view of the ocean. (Kleinbaai harbor, Dyer Island, Geyser Rock and Pearly Beach shore line). White Shark Backpackers is directly over the road from the ocean. We offer you B&B accommodation to Backpacker accommodation depending on your need or budget. White Shark backpackers is a large house situated on the beachfront in Kleinbaai, also known as van Dyks Bay. The house has six bedrooms and offers comfortable affordable accommodation. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a microwave and all crockery and cutlery. The lounge area features a comfortable seating area with a satellite TV and large windows that offer views towards the ocean. The space offers an entertainment area with a pool table and a built-in braai. There is also a large outdoor area with braai (BBQ) facilities. The guest house is conveniently located just a short walk from the jetty where the boats launch for shark cage diving tours. We can also book power boat trips, horse riding and skydiving for guests.

Directions from Cape Town by car Take the N2 towards Port Elizabeth. Continue over Sir Lowry’s Pass. Take the Hermanus turnoff and follow the R43 to Hermanus. Follow the Stanford, Gansbaai signs to Stanford and then continue for another 20 km to Gansbaai. After reaching Gansbaai, continue straight through. At the four way stop street (on left corner industrial area), turn right towards Kleinbaai (van Dyks Bay). Continue straight till you reach the stop street with a small traffic circle on left hand side. Turn Left and continue to the next stop street. Turn Right, continue down the hill till ocean is on your left hand side, White Shark Diving Adventures & Backpackers is now to Your immediate right. Welcome….
