This is a very safe suburbs if you have children, they can still play outside and in the street, family orientated suburb. The house consist of the following. 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms TV with open free view, please bring your own decoder, smart card & remote. No PVR or Explorer cables. Open plan lounge, dining room seats 6. Kitchen separated with a breakfast counter & chairs. Leading out from the kitchen is a built-in braai that is secluded for that windy days. Single Lock up garage. Linen is supplied. No bath or beach towels supplied No pets allowed No Smoking in the house.
