	Accommodation Description
Description :	This Holiday house is situated in the popular Little Brak river with the Beach Park & the river mouth. 600m from the beach park & lagoon. 17km to Mosselbay CBD 11km to Langeberg mall 10km to Hartenbos. The house has the following to offer: Walking into the house from the front door is the entrance hall, to your right is the formal lounge with patio doors leading out into the small garden. From the entrance hall to your left are the 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and small dining room with patio doors walking out to the built outside braai. Garden furniture. The kitchen has the following to offer: Stove, gas hob with electric oven Fridge/Freezer Microwave Dishwasher Breakfast counter seats 4 Dining room table seats 6 4th Bedroom are down stairs. That has it's own entrance but can be accessed through the main house. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms have access to the deck at the back of the house that has a view of the Little Brak River. Accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. The 2nd family room is upstairs, this area offers the following; Built-in braai Television DSTV Wifi Inverter system Small sink next to the braai a Fridge/Freezer Table with 2 benches and 2 chairs. A glimpse of the Ocean from this living area. There are stack doors leading out onto the deck with a view of the ocean and the river. Deck Furniture. Single lock-up garage. Prepaid electricity, 10 units free per day, thereafter units can be purchased from PnPay, Spar, or at Reebok Superette in Reebok. Alarm system. No Pets Allowed. No Smoking in the house is allowed.
