Description :	Holiday house. The house is situated in Tergniet a suburb of Little Brak River. Alarm System The house offers the following: 2 x garages with entrance into the house. Entrance level: Lounge area, with open view OVHD decoder and a flat-screen tv. 1 st Bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Scullery with washing machine, tumble drier, and a double door fridge. The OUTSIDE bedroom has no access to the main house the bedroom has the following to offer, a three-quarter bed with an en-suite shower toilet and basin. Top-level: Open plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen area with a scullery, dishwasher, and two double-door fridges, 6 burner hob & gas oven. Dining area seats 10 Breakfast counter seats 5 Two separate lounge areas. Built-in-Braai area with a view of the ocean. In the Braai area, there are two sets of couches, that slide open windows to let in the ocean breeze on that hot summer days. Three bedrooms upstairs, two of the bedrooms has en- suite bathrooms The third bedroom has a bathroom outside the room that has a shower, toilet & basin. All geysers are solar-powered. This house is ideal if you want to share expenses with family or friends. Prepaid electricity, owners will supply 15 units free per day, thereafter prepaid units can be purchased at any PnP, Spar, or Reebok Superette. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE. There is a cleaner available to use on a daily basis, contact details will be supplied, and the cleaner's fee will be payable by tenants. R250 per day. The exit Cleaning Fee of R1500. 00 will be deducted from the key deposit.
