Description :	This holiday house with a flat - Sleeps 6 The house is within walking distance of the popular beach in Bayview Hartenbos. 2.5 km to Hartenbos Mall and Beachfront 2.1 km to Langeberg Mall 38 km to George Airport. This house is ideal for a small family that wants to bring the grandparents with them. Grandparents can make use of the flat area that forms part of the house and is equipped with a kitchen and built-in braai area a bathroom a lounge area with a view of the ocean and a balcony The house has the following to offer. A family room with DSTV connections or R45 per day extra to activate full DSTV. Option to bring your own decoder, smart card & remote. A dining area A fully equipped kitchen with a scullery and a laundry. The house has 2 bedrooms in the main house with two bathrooms and an adjoining shower that can be used in both bathrooms. Main Bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom is situated in a flat with a bathroom. Off the street parking in front of garages, they are not available for use as the owner stores their belongings in the garage. All linen supplied, please bring your own bath and beach towels.
