Fully equipped kitchen Lounge DSTV connections - Please bring your own decoder, smart card, remote, and PowerPoint. 2 bedrooms in the main house with ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is situated upstairs and Bedroom 2 is on the same level as the open-plan living area A Flat at the back of the house that sleeps 6 with a shower and toilet, ideal for older children. The flat has two bedrooms that each have two single beds, and the large entrance area of the flat has another two single beds. The flat's bathroom facilities are on the outside. There is a huge open space between the back entrance of the house and the flat area, this area has a built-in outside braai and enough parking space for two/three cars without cramping the space. All entrances to the house front and back and flat area are through sliding doors. Laundry room on the outside of the house Please bring your own bath and beach towels. 1 Set of linen is supplied, please bring extra sets. Prepaid Electricity 15 units per day free, thereafter units can be purchased at the nearest PnPay. The house has an alarm system that operates with a remote. Covered off-street Parking. No Pets allowed No Smoking is allowed inside the house or flat area, and tenants are requested not to throw cigarette buds in the garden or on the paved areas. Exit cleaning fee of R750 is to be deducted from the key deposit.
