Indoor braai area with a full view of the ocean. Large balcony to enjoy the view and just to sit and relax. The kitchen is equipped with the following; Scullery with a washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble drier. Double door Fridge in kitchen Gas Hob with an electric oven All crockery, cutlery & utensils. Large island in the center with lots of storage space. Double sink in the kitchen and the scullery and a veggies sink in the kitchen. Inverter system Prepaid units supplied 210 units thereafter purchase units at any Spar, PnP or online The dining area seats 10, the braai area seats 8.
