Upstairs: Family room with a large balcony facing the river with stacked doors. This level offers 4 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms. This house offers a relaxed atmosphere with beautiful scenery. There is no television as this is a house where you can enjoy peace and quiet. Guest toilet. Linen is supplied Please bring your own towels. Strictly No pets allowed. Smoke-free house - guests are required to smoke outside and discard the butts in the dustbin. Neatly maintained lawn on the front yard overlooking the river. Open parking as the owners uses the garages for their stored property. Tenants to purchase own prepaid units for the period of stay.
