The house has the following to offer: 4 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms Open plan Kitchen - Fully equipped Scullery Lounge Dining room that seats 8 with wingback chairs for comfort Equipped Bar, Fridge & Ice Machine Heated Pool 5 Flat screen Tv's TV Room with a built-in braai. 3 Braai areas. 2 Braai areas are built, (1 inside, 1 outside side by side), and 1 gas braai. Patio Furniture and concrete furniture. Entering the house through the main entrance is a spacious entrance hall with seating and books to read, just relax and enjoy the tranquil environment. The first two bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a fridge. Both bedrooms walk out on a terrace overlooking the Great Brak River. Each room has its own flat screen tv. These two bedroom can also be accessed through a gate on the side of the house. Exiting the entrance hall to the rest of the house is down a few steps, taking you into the courtyard with fountains and a heated pool. There is a built braai for outside use with a Tv just above the braai. The bar is situated across from the braai area for guests to enjoy the tv and the pool area. There is also a guest toilet on this side for when guests are using the pool. There is a sound system in the courtyard for use. The open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen offer all the luxuries that will be needed for your stay. The main bedroom is equipped with double vanity and a full bathroom with a flat-screen tv, and patio doors on both sides of the room. The fourth bedroom is in the Cellar downstairs and there is another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The house is fully fenced with electric fencing, an alarm system, camera system. All linen and bath towels are supplied, please bring your own beach towels. Uncapped WIFI DSTV Strictly NO PETS ALLOWED Smoking is only permitted outside. Please discard cigarette buds in the dustbin. Domestic Worker available on request @ R250 per day this is paid by the guest. The exit cleaning fee of R1500.00 will be deducted from the Key deposit. No garages available but open parking in front of the house.
