Description :	This Seaview Holiday house is ideal for a group of family or friends We regret that no children between the age of 4 - 12 yrs of age. 600m walk to Outeniqua Beach 3.1 km to Visgraat restaurant on the Glentana Main Beach 6.6 km to De Dekke Spar, filling station, Wimpy, Butchery, Curious Shop, De Dekke Restaurant. 15 km to George Airport 26 km to Garden Route Mall (George) 32 km to The Point in Mosselbay CBD. Zipline, Shark Dive, Fishing, Light Tower walk, and many more activities. No Pets allowed. This house offers the following: Double lock-up garages Motorized gates Lots of parking behind gates. Alarm system Stairs lead up to the front door with a large patio area. The patio area has patio furniture & Swings. A splash pool.' Solar system - no more load-shedding Open plan living, braai, and bar area. The dining area has a built-in braai and a pizza oven. Two dining room sets, Fridge, and a gas hob. There are two kitchens & a laundry room. The first kitchen has a microwave and all the crockery & cutlery, the second kitchen serves as a scullery and houses the double sink, a microwave, gas hob & electric oven and the dishwasher, and a double door Fridge/Freezer. The living area has a built-in braai, and Flat screen tv - should DSTV be required please bring your own decoder, smartcard, remote control, and power supply. Wifi uncapped up to 5GB. A solar system to run the house when load shedding occurs, and essential appliances will be able to operate. The house has 5 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. The rooms are all equipped with a coffee station.(Kettle & Fridge) All rooms upstairs have a sea view and you walk out onto a patio through sliding doors. Every bedroom has its own television The Patio has patio furniture. The guest toilet is downstairs. All linen is supplied, please bring your own bath, swim, and beach towels. This is a smoke-free house. - No Smoking is permitted on the premises. A live-in domestic worker will clean the house on Thursday(full day) and Saturday morning until 12. The worker will come in to do dishes every evening (Monday - Sunday) - tenants are requested to give her a meal every night. Please note that this service is not guaranteed from Monday - Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. This help is an extra incentive offered to guests and is not a guaranteed offer. The domestic worker lives on the premises.
